Travel and Housing

Travel

United Airlines is offering a discount off their published fares. If searching on United, please enter code ZYWD885642 in the search “Offer Code” box  to save an extra 2-10% on select fares.

Housing:

We have reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate in two Portland hotels. Both hotels are similar in luxury and have offered a very competitive rate of $169 (+ tax). ADI attendees opting to stay in those properties will received a MAX light rail pass for the duration of the conference, giving you the option to stay closer to the convention center at the DoubleTree by Hilton, and ride a short 15 min to downtown restaurants at night, or stay at the Hilton downtown and hope on the MAX to the Convention center in the morning.

Our block and rates end on March 3, or whenever our block is full. Please note that some dates might fill up faster than other. If the online system shows as “unavailable”, feel free to call the hotel to check if they have inventory that is not online.

EXHIBITORS & ATTENDEES :
Please note: access to our hotel room block is only available via the links on our sites. Sham housing companies might try to contact our attendees claiming they can offer better rates at our hotels. Please note that by switching you will lose all benefits of staying in our block, and risk falling prey to a scam; extra fees, bait and switch, loss of your room. If you are contacted by one of those imposter companies, please note the contact information details and name of the company and contact us immediately so we can pursue immediate legal action.
